Our UKAS and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory is equipped to carry out in house and on site temperature, temperature & humidity, pressure and electrical calibrations and temperature surveys. Mechanical calibrations are available and will be done to a traceable standard. We provide this service for various industries including Aerospace, Health, Automotive and Pharmaceutical throughout the United Kingdom and beyond if requested.
It is possible for us to carry out the surveys and calibrations to most recognised Aerospace standards and specifications, such as Nadcap, BS2M:54 1991, AMS 2750D, RPS953 and our customer's individual requirements.
We are also able to assist companies in obtaining Nadcap for heat treatment and chemical processing through an initial consultation, supply and installation of all the appropriate equipment.
Standard Calibration Management is offered to all of our customers that we carry out surveys and calibrations for, this includes call up letters approximately one month before each individual piece of equipment is due for calibration with a follow up email or telephone call, equipment lists and certification for all that has been carried out. These are available in paper and electronic format.
In addition to the basic option we can provide you with a full Calibration Management Package that gives you the opportunity to allow us to look after all of your sites instrumentation & equipment even if we are not able to carry out the work in house we are able to sub contract and control all calibrations.
In addition to the calibrations and surveys that we provide we also have the ability to design, install and maintain Paperless Graphic Monitoring Systems to help comply with Nadcap requirements for the Aerospace Industry.
For those in the Health sector that require monitoring for blood and bone banks, washer driers and sterilisers in order to meet the current specifications we can provide Independent Monitoring Systems. We currently have several NHS Trusts that we have done this for and now maintain their System's with regular on site visits and the use of remote access.
We are an approved distributor of Eurotherm Instrumentation and can supply preconfigured equipment if requested.
We also supply data recording Charts and Pens through our online shop for most makes and models of Data Recorders.
